Writing and Proofreading Service Terms

 

Copyright

The copyright of all content we create legally belongs to Content Sisters until the client pays for the work. At that time, the client owns full copyright to all content received. We will not resell your content to anyone else or request any rights from you once it’s paid for.

Original Content

All content created by Content Sisters is 100% original. Once we’re done writing your content we will run it through our plagiarism tool to ensure 100% originality. Content that includes policies, legal or medical info, or technical terms that need to be used in an exact phrase sequence is an exception to this policy.

Turnaround Time

Work doesn’t start till payment is received in full. We will make every effort to get your order done as fast as possible. You will receive regular updates on the status of your order(s). If you need your content within 24 hours, please consider purchasing our priority service.

Revisions

Each writing order is entitled to a free revision if requested within 3 days of receiving your complete content. Revisions requested past 3 days of your order will not be granted. Revision requests will only be granted for poor grammar and typos or misuse of topics and wrong information. Rewrites are not free.  Please allow at least 48 (forty-eight) hours for a revision request to process. *Revisions are not included for proofreading services.

Order Change Requests

We start promptly on all orders to get them done in a timely manner. Therefore, we are not able to change the direction of the content, use a new topic, or put orders on hold after we have already begun writing. You can contact us to see if we have already started your order. If not, we would be happy to accommodate these types of changes for you.

Refunds

I’m sorry, but we don’t offer refunds. Why? After your order is placed we invest a substantial amount of time preparing your content. Instead of refunds, we offer a revision of your content or content shop credit. Credits expire 30 days after being applied to your account. A revision is usually all that is required to get the content right. In the rare case that a revision does not satisfy and a client opts to receive content shop credit, Content Sisters holds the copyright to the content that was not accepted by the client.

Cancellations

We are happy to offer content store credit for orders that are canceled. If you decide you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we have started the content. An order must not have been started yet in order to qualify for cancellation and content shop credit. Credit expires 30 days after being applied to your account.

Content Approval

Once your order is received, you have 3 days to request a revision. After 72 hours without communication of any issues, the content/order is considered fully accepted by the client. Content Sisters is not responsible for any further processes in which the content is used (i.e., videos, printing, advertising, etc.) after acceptance by our clients.
